Yes. Your medical data and order history can only be viewed by our medical team and prescribers. You can view our Privacy Policy for more information.
If you're an eligible candidate for the weight loss treatment, our medical team will issue you a private prescription. You don't need an existing prescription to use True L.I.O.
If you are deemed a non-candidate for a particular weight loss treatment, you will be refunded in full.
True L.I.O. does not have any hidden fees. Telehealth visits, health check-ins, prescription (if approved), medication, and delivery are included with your purchase.
All prescriptions are shipped and filled from an accredited US pharmacy. Your medication is shipped in a small box with ice packs and should arrive within 5-7 days from the time your prescription is written. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided. Please keep up to date on your package's tracking so you can refrigerate the medication upon arrival.
